You can't help from thinking that the giant devil is still waiting in the dark for the next opportunity. This photo doesn't help either. However, from what I saw on TV and what I heard from friends outside New York, New Yorkers are really incredible because we pick ourselves up and start functioning again in just 5 days !!! People outside New York seem a lot more fearful. Some refused to come to the city. Some already stocked up bottle water, canned foods and bacon bits for the war which doesn't exist yet. Some simply rehearse and moan for their own tragic death ! On the other hand, New Yorkers are back to
their work, back to being the role model for their children and back to
their playgrounds. Heads are up as high as the Parisians. ; ) There are
SO many things on our plates that we have to prioritize. A New York mom
might just have to stop by the corner store to pick up a few things in
between work and the kick boxing class after they announced the war plan. |
